EU scientific cooperation with third countries

In July 2015, the European Parliamentary Research Service published an overview on the EU cooperation with Third Countries in the context of science. It covers the objectives of scientific cooperation, the main players at EU level, the EU strategy for scientific cooperation and the EU instruments supporting scientific cooperation.
